Nice clothing, good quality, the quality and price don't match up though, too expensive, you can get something of better quality for half the price, but then again, people are paying for the logo XD.
The customer service is terrible! No one answered the phone or provided real help. I sent an email requesting customer service to apply a promotional coupon (6/16 - 6/20/21) that failed to add after I checked out. I was told that the promotion was inactive when I placed my order on 6/16! They refused to cancel my order and was told the items were already shipped to USPS, which was a blatant lie since the order had no tracking or other updates available.

Very poor quality! I didn't wear my hoodie even once, but after the first laundry before wearing it, the back side of the hoodie was stained because of the bad quality threats on the front applique. Meanwhile I've maid the laundry manually in the cold water as it was advised by the producer. No response from the customer service, nevertheless they should have responded me within 2 working days. No response from the main office from Madrid. Staff in the store can't accept the item back without the decision from the main office. I've left an official written claim in the store. Awful quality and disgusting attitude toward the clients, worse than mediocre mass market apparel.
beyond awful ...they are uncontactable they don't answer the phone they don't reply to emails and they don't even send a receipt or any returning information with the goods... they didnt send me a purchase receipt by email (I used PayPal and they did send receipt)... clearly don't really care about their customers.
Management say 1 thing, but do another. Whether working or buying, I wouldn't recommend shopping here, or being employed by this company. For employment, there is no honesty and no respect. They will tell you in training to ask questions and when you do, they turn around and say how stupid you are four asking. Stay away.

I ordered sneakers on Friday in the evening and received them on Tuesday early morning. It took just one working day for the parcel to arrive from Orly, FR to Copenhagen. Very pleasant experience! And the sneakers looked even better than on their website.
Purchased a $250 Christmas gift on November 20th. I noted they they had an expanded holiday return policy. I did not read the fine print as I do a lot of online shopping and expected normal holiday returns. The gift did not fit and when I tried to return it they said I only had 15 days to return. So it would have to be returned in December 5th!! How can you return a gift before you even have the chance to give it to them?? I tried to reason with them but they refused my return. Now I am stuck with a $250 purchase I cannot use. I will never purchase from them again and warn others to be very careful as they are completely unreasonable. Horrible customer service.
Fast shipping and the product was well packaged; big box and inside protected good.
I started to see after a few weeks of wear the minute details on the in and out of the shoe beginning to fault. All of these can be noticed only when closely inspecting; the quality is good but not luxury.
My item had a wrong label in it, I filled in a return form Friday, it was collected Monday, received back to Kenzo Wednesday and refunded Friday. Excellent service, no faults what so ever.
How do you change your product price in a matter of a month, absolutely stupid, 30% off in July to 50% off in August for the same junk, I thought the product would be made in Japan or France but you know where it was made, why should we pay those prices when they cannot even sustain a price point in the market. I am never going to give my business to kenzo. Burberry is way better, trendy and customer service is top notch, I don't know why I shopped at kenzo
The clothes are OK, but the customer service and "return" policy is outrageous. I will never buy from the website again.
